The LITE-CHECK CERTIFIER 912 has been designed to support trailer manufacturer's quality assurance requirements and provide swift and complete EOL (end of line) configuration, test, and certification functions.

COMPLETE ELECTRICAL TESTS:
Constant display of circuit voltage and amperage
Automatic fault detection with direct identification of fault type
Full-function remote control speeds visual inspections
TMC 141 electrical load test for trailer
All test data is recorded

AIR SYSTEMS:
Automatic air leak detection with alarm and digital display of results
CMVSS/FMVSS 121 Brake Timing test
Air differential test for towing vehicles
Emergency brake set test, brake balance test

CONFIGURE AND TEST ABS:
Configure ABS ECU's using manufacturer's software
Verify ABS operation
Perform end-of-the-line test for air and electrical hook-up
Record ABS data and combine with master test results

PRINTED AND ELECTRONIC TEST AND INSPECTION:
Test data receives automatic time/date stamp
Reports include test station serial number
Operator information is captured
Keyed to VIN number
