Our Food Grade Tankwash Systems come in two primary styles. Sanitary Food Grade using sanitary grade stainless steel #2B finish with Tri-Clover (Tri-Clamp) pipe and fittings, food grade pumps, valves, and instruments. These systems are typically found in high purity and food processing environments and are capable of food processing plant CIP applications.
We also make a standard food grade system made from all standard finish 304 and 316 stainless steel tanks, piping, and pumps. These systems are typically found in commercial tankwash environments cleaning food grade tank trailers. Our food grade tankwash systems are routinely Kosher certified. Different Kosher tankwash requirements exist in different rabbinical jurisdictions, check with your local rabbinical society for your specific Kosher tankwash requirements. Certain food companies such as ADM, Coco Cola, Pepsi, Bunge, Staley and the JPA Juice Producers Association have their own requirements for tankwash procedures. We can provide the systems that meet a wide variety of industry standards.
We also make filtered air dryers for rapid tank drying. These systems are available in either ambient temperature or hot air discharging 135F hot air to rapidly dry the tank. Our standard dryer systems are available in 1600 to 3300 cfm depending on the number of bays in operation. The hot air system uses plant steam to heat the air.
