The Model A-100 Outalarm battery-operated portable liquid level alarm is specifically designed for overfill prevention applicaions in loading tank trucks, rail tank cars, and marine barges. This unique self-contained instrument features a non-contact capacitance solid state sensor at the end of a laser engraved graduated rod. The rod adapts to the vessel through a 1/2" NPT vapor tight sliding fitting. The insertion length is adjustable from a minimum of 3 inches up to the maximum rod length ordered. Standard lengths available are 2, 3, 4, and 5 ft.

The A-100 Outalarm is suitable for both open and closed dome loading and is intrinsically safe for use in the most hazardous areas. A standard 9-volt alkaline battery provides up to 1000 hous of continuous (non-alarm) operation. A continuous battery monitor circuit ensures fail-safe operation by alarming on low battery.
